DPF cleaner

The product promotes immediate regeneration of the DPF shortly after use and gradually dissolves blockages in the EGR valve and the exhaust side of the turbocharger with each treatment.

Coking on the EGR valve can cause increased soot emissions and a lack of regeneration capacity.

Coking in the exhaust side of the turbocharger can lead to a suboptimal fuel-air mixture and thus to increased soot emissions.

To ensure the cleaning of heavily coked parts, the cleaning process involves 3 consecutive tank fillings with different additive dosages.

In all vehicles with diesel particulate filter (DPF), Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6, if the vehicle is mainly driven on short journeys or in city traffic, the first time the DPF warning light or DPF error message lights up, shorter regeneration intervals become noticeable, loss of engine power becomes noticeable, increased fuel consumption becomes noticeable, rough engine running becomes noticeable , emissions test (AU) or TÜV test is imminent, or simply as a preventative measure once a year or every 10,000 to 15,000 km.

Application

The cleaning process consists of 3 consecutive treatments.

For the first treatment, add 500 ml to the tank, for the second 200 ml, and for the third 300 ml. After each additive application, immediately top up the diesel tank to 50 to a maximum of 70 liters. Run the tank at least three-quarters empty before beginning the next treatment.

During the first treatment, drive on the motorway for approximately 30 minutes at speeds > 2000 rpm.

Deactivate the Start-Stop / ECO mode during all treatments.

The cleaning process can be repeated every 10,000 to 15,000 km.
